At PowerGear, we aim to get your order to you quickly and reliably. Below are the details on how we ship, including our commitment to free shipping where applicable.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
- Custom or pre-order items may have longer processing times (noted on the product page).
We pack and ship from our warehouse in Sarasota, Florida.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We partner with reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx for most shipments.
- Domestic (United States):
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (additional fee; select at checkout).
- Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders (see below).
- International Shipping:
- Available to select countries (check availability at checkout).
- Delivery estimates: 7–21 business days (varies by country and customs).
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees — these are not included in our shipping rates.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Factors like weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods may affect transit.
Shipping Rates and Free Shipping
We calculate rates at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected method.
- Free Shipping:
- Free shipping applies to domestic U.S. addresses only (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and territories unless specified).
- Expedited shipping is never free.
- Paid Shipping:
- Rates start at $7.99 for standard domestic (calculated by weight/destination).
- International rates vary (shown at checkout).
If your cart qualifies for free shipping, it will display clearly during checkout. We may offer promotional free shipping from time to time — check your order confirmation or announcements.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with confirmation of your items. Once the order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number to track your package, directly via the carrier's site or your account dashboard.
Local Pickup or Delivery
- Yes, please call to ensure we have it waiting for you. We ship nationwide
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us — we'll help track it.
- For lost packages (rare, but happens): We'll work with the carrier for resolution or issue a replacement/refund.
- Damaged in transit: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and item(s). We'll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if our error).
We are not responsible for delays or losses once the carrier takes possession.

- We ship to the address provided at checkout — double-check for accuracy!
- Some items (e.g., oversized, hazardous, or restricted) may have shipping limitations.
- Free shipping thresholds and brand-specific rules are subject to change — always confirm at checkout.
